About the Role

We are looking for a Lead / Senior PMO Specialist to join our growing Project Management Office and play a key role in driving successful project and programme delivery across the business.

This role is ideal for an experienced PMO professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, improving delivery processes, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functions. You will support portfolio governance, delivery reporting, resource planning, and continuous process improvement while helping ensure projects remain aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the governance and day-to-day operation of the PMO across multiple projects and programmes.

• Maintain portfolio visibility by tracking project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

• Prepare executive dashboards, portfolio reports, KPI metrics, and project status updates for senior stakeholders.

• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and portfolio review sessions.

• Ensure projects follow established PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and governance processes.

• Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, proactively escalating where appropriate.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project planning and execution.

• Support project prioritisation, capacity planning, and portfolio planning activities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, reporting quality, and PMO maturity.

• Maintain and improve project documentation, knowledge repositories, and governance artefacts.

• Support the implementation and optimisation of PMO tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

• Mentor Project Managers and junior PMO professionals by promoting best practices and delivery excellence.

• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure projects remain aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, or PMO roles.

• Proven experience supporting multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and PMO best practices.

• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.

• Experience preparing executive reports, portfolio dashboards, and delivery metrics.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

• Experience within technology, software development, fintech, iGaming, SaaS, or digital transformation environments.

• Exposure to portfolio management, organisational change, or large-scale transformation programmes.

• Experience with PMO process improvement and delivery governance framewor
