About the Role
We are looking for a talented and user-obsessed UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-optimized digital experiences. You will own the end-to-end design process from research and wireframing through to high-fidelity prototypes and design system contributions, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
User Research — Plan and conduct user research including interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to uncover insights that drive design decisions.
UX Design — Create user flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design intent.
UI Design — Produce high-fidelity, pixel-perfect visual designs that balance aesthetics with usability, adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Design System — Contribute to and maintain the component library and design system, ensuring consistency across products and teams.
Collaboration — Work closely with product managers to define requirements and with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Testing & Iteration — Validate designs through user testing and A/B experimentation; iterate rapidly based on data and feedback.
Accessibility — Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and are inclusive to all users.
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work
Expert-level proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design and prototyping tools)
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility (WCAG)
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working within Agile teams and iterative design processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience designing for iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic consumer products
Familiarity with motion design and microinteraction principles
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to support developer handoff
