About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence across our development squads. This role is critical in enabling high-performing teams by championing Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and value delivery.
As a servant leader, you’ll act as the glue between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders — ensuring seamless communication, optimal workflows, and sprint success
Key Responsibilities
Lead all core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor the team on Agile values and Scrum best practices to build high-performing, self-organising squads
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritised backlog
Foster open communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and team performance
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and iterative learning
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced tech environment
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum
Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting multiple development teams
Strong conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to foster trust, accountability, and ownership within the team
NICE TO HAVE
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications
Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
Background in software development or technical delivery environments
