About the Role
We are looking for an IoT Leader to oversee the deployment, support, and lifecycle management of connected devices across our operations. You will lead a team responsible for device support and IoT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for IoT device support and desktop support functions.

• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of IoT devices and related infrastructure.

• Serve as the escalation point for complex IoT-related incidents; ensure timely resolution and root-cause analysis.

• Develop and refine standard operating procedures for device provisioning and support.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on device rollouts and lifecycle planning.

• Track and report on device health, support metrics, and team performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT support or IoT operations, including team leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and device management.

• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with IoT platforms and device management tools is a plus.

• Familiarity with network security appliances and monitoring tools is a plus.

• Experience supporting distributed or global teams is a plus.
