About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you will identify defects, improve processes, and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of software applications
Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking systems such as Jira or similar tools
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure product quality and consistency
Conduct manual test execution across features and releases
Analyse results from test cases and recommend improvements to enhance product quality
Review and verify that software products meet user needs and are free of defects
Ensure proper documentation of testing processes, test results, and issues
Participate in reviews and meetings to provide input on project timelines, quality expectations, and testing requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
3+ years of proven experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies including Agile
Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Testpad, Postman)
Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of the iGaming industry is required
