About the Role
We are looking for a Junior QA Analyst to help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will execute test cases, log defects, and work closely with the QA and development teams to support high-quality releases, while building your QA skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases across web and/or mobile applications following test plans.

• Identify, document, and track defects clearly in the bug tracking system.

• Assist in writing and maintaining test cases based on requirements and user stories.

• Support regression testing cycles ahead of releases.

• Work with developers and senior QA analysts to verify fixes and clarify requirements.

• Learn QA best practices, tools, and processes under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in software testing or a related field.

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and the software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

• Basic exposure to automated testing tools or scripting is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent coursework is a plus.
