About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organised PMO Administrator to help ensure projects across the organisation run efficiently and align with our strategic goals. You will play a key role in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination — supporting our teams to deliver quality outcomes on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables across multiple teams
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of project plans, risk logs, and change requests
Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and organisational policies
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
Identify and recommend improvements in PMO tools, workflows, and templates
Support the implementation of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
Provide training and guidance on project tools and reporting systems
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or administrative support role
Solid understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Jira, Power BI, or similar tools
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
Experience in resource or portfolio management
Familiarity with project budgeting and financial tracking
