About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to lead the development of high-performance, visually polished, and accessible web experiences. You will be a technical leader within our front-end team, making architecture decisions, driving code quality, and mentoring junior developers while delivering complex features across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-End Development — Architect and build scalable, maintainable, and responsive front-end solutions using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and TypeScript.

  • Performance Optimisation— Optimise for Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, and fast load times to deliver a smooth user experience at scale.

  • Component Libraries — Design and maintain reusable component libraries and contribute to the front-end design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products.

  • API Integration — Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs; handle real-time data via WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.

  • Code Quality — Write clean, testable code; conduct code reviews and uphold engineering standards using ESLint, Prettier, and automated testing frameworks.

  • Mentorship — Guide and mentor junior and mid-level front-end developers; contribute to technical decisions and front-end strategy.

  • Collaboration — Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers in an Agile environment to deliver features end-to-end.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience, including 2+ years in a senior role

  • Expert proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or Angular with TypeScript

  • Strong understanding of browser rendering, performance optimisation, and Core Web Vitals

  • Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, NgRx, or Zustand)

  • Solid understanding of responsive design, CSS architecture, and accessibility (WCAG)

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern front-end build tooling (Vite, Webpack)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic consumer products

  • Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and module federation

  • Knowledge of SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js or Nuxt.js
