About the Role
You’ll play a key role in turning technical knowledge into user-friendly guides, manuals, and API documentation that empower developers, clients, and internal teams. Your words will help people make sense of complex systems, troubleshoot faster, and use our technology with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain documentation such as user guides, API references, release notes, and architecture diagrams
Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for different audiences
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product teams to gather and verify information
Participate in Agile ceremonies to stay aligned with project timelines and delivery cadences
Ensure consistency across documentation using style guides and version control
Manage documentation repositories (e.g., Confluence, Git, SharePoint)
Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and technical correctness
Use tools like Markdown, MadCap Flare, Visio, or FrameMaker to produce and publish content
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Technical Writer in software or IT-focused environments
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of technical documentation
Ability to interpret and simplify technical specifications, APIs, and system workflows
Proficiency with documentation tools and version control systems
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
Fluency in English — both written and verbal — is essential
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certification in technical writing (e.g., CPTC, ISTC)
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
Experience with API documentation tools such as Swagger or Postman
Understanding of ITIL, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
