About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Back-end Developer to design and build robust, scalable services that power our platform. You will work closely with architects, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software while mentoring more junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable back-end services and APIs.

• Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code following engineering best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and code review feedback to junior and mid-level engineers.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and contribute to system reliability and monitoring.

• Work with front-end, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional back-end development experience.

• Strong proficiency in one or more back-end languages/frameworks (e.g. Java, Node.js, Python, .NET, Go).

• Deep understanding of databases, caching, and API design (REST/GraphQL).

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems architecture.

• Solid grasp of testing practices and CI/CD workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic consumer technology environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration is a plus.

• Experience working with distributed or globally located engineering teams is a plus.
