About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that powers analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the company. You will work with large-scale data pipelines, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and well-governed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

• Design data models, warehouses, and lakes that support analytics and reporting needs.

• Implement monitoring, validation, and alerting to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Partner with analytics, product, and engineering teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

• Optimize queries, storage, and pipeline performance for cost and speed.

• Guide junior data engineers and promote data engineering best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Java).

• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or similar).

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift/Glue, GCP BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, etc.).

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic consumer technology environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with real-time streaming data architectures is a plus.

• Experience working with distributed or globally located data teams is a plus.
