About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-quality visual content across our brand, marketing, and product touchpoints. You will bring strong creative direction while mentoring junior designers and ensuring visual consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of marketing materials, campaigns, and brand assets from concept to completion.

• Ensure all visual output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high design quality.

• Provide guidance and feedback to junior graphic designers.

• Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.

• Produce print and digital assets, including social media graphics, banners, and presentations.

• Improve design workflows and maintain organized, reusable asset libraries.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, and digital design work.

• Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in iGaming, entertainment, or consumer marketing environments is a plus.

• Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.

• Experience managing or mentoring a design team is a plus.
