About the Role
As a Senior Angular Developer, you will architect and lead the front-end development of our enterprise-grade casino website. You’ll work on high-traffic, real-time systems, integrating with multiple casino providers, payment gateways, and responsible gaming tools. You will own the player-facing experience, ensuring performance, scalability, and security at every layer.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and responsive front-end solutions using Angular 13+ and TypeScript
Design and build interactive UI components for lobbies, player accounts, wallets, dashboards, leaderboards, and game interfaces
Implement real-time features including live odds, notifications, chat, multi-session synchronization, and dynamic data updates via WebSockets
Optimize performance for fast load times (<2s), smooth 60fps animations, minimal memory usage, and high concurrent traffic handling
Integrate with casino systems including gaming APIs, payment processors, KYC/AML verification services, bonus engines, and wallet management
Ensure security and compliance, adhering to industry standards, regulations, and responsible gaming requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including back-end developers, product managers, compliance officers, and UX/UI designers
Implement reusable component libraries and design systems to maintain UI consistency across multiple products
Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain code quality using ESLint, Prettier, and automated testing frameworks
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently while maintaining uptime and performance
Mentor and guide junior developers, contributing to technical decisions and front-end architecture strategies
Qualifications & Experience
Angular 13+ & TypeScript — Expert in building scalable, enterprise-grade applications
JavaScript (ES6+) — Solid understanding of modern JS patterns, async programming, and modular architecture
RxJS & Real-Time Data Handling — Proficient with WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), and reactive programming for live updates
State Management — Experience with NgRx, Akita, or equivalent for multi-step workflows, player sessions, and real-time updates
Responsive & Mobile-First Design — Cross-browser compatibility, adaptive layouts, and accessibility (WCAG standards)
Performance Optimization — Lazy loading, AOT compilation, caching strategies, virtual scrolling, and smooth 60fps animations
Security & Compliance — JWT/OAuth, secure WebSocket connections, PCI DSS compliance, and best practices for online gaming platforms
API Integration — Experience integrating casino platforms, payment gateways, bonus engines, and KYC/AML systems
Testing & Code Quality — Unit/integration testing (Jasmine, Karma, Jest), ESLint/Prettier, and CI/CD pipelines
Component Libraries & Design Systems — Ability to create reusable UI components and maintain UX/UI consistency across applications
Problem Solving & Mentorship — Capable of troubleshooting production issues and guiding junior developers
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in casino websites or online gaming platforms
Familiarity with micro-frontends, Angular Universal, PWA, and Redis
Knowledge of player loyalty, promotions, and responsible gaming tools
