About the Role
We seek a detail-oriented CMS Operations Developer with 3+ years of experience managing high-traffic websites using Strapi CMS. You’ll handle daily content updates, troubleshoot front-end issues, and ensure seamless site operations across global teams. The role requires the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and is structured around rotating on-site shifts (9am–6pm or 3pm–12am).

Qualifications & Experience
Content & Configuration Management: Perform daily website updates via Strapi CMS, Git, and SVN. Configure content models, components, and APIs in Strapi, and implement JSON-based content structures.
Technical Operations: Diagnose and fix front-end bugs (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) reported by support and business teams. Optimize CMS performance and publishing workflows, and maintain version control (Git/SVN) for all site changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide after-hours and weekend coverage for critical site issues. Partner with designers, back-end developers, and business teams to ensure rapid and reliable content deployment.
Process Improvement: Develop reusable templates and components in Strapi. Document CMS best practices and workflows for use by global teams.
