Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and process flows for development teams
Act as the key liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
Create and maintain essential documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process maps
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and grooming
Support QA and UAT testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC methodologies
Proven ability to create clear requirements and process documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
