About the Role
Junior analyst supporting the initiation phase for platform and partner initiatives, on a development path toward independent initiation ownership. You will support scoping, business-case preparation, feasibility inputs, and new-partner onboarding under the Initiation Manager's guidance. This role does not run engineering or delivery execution, which sit with the PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Support scoping and budgeting inputs and maintain initiation trackers and action logs.

• Help prepare business cases and feasibility inputs for new initiatives under guidance.

• Support new-partner onboarding intake and initial readiness framing.

• Coordinate the meeting cadence and assist with QBR and status reporting.

• Help track risks and issues on PP initiation deliverables and escalate to the Initiation Manager.

• Assist readiness-gate and Operator Acceptance Testing scheduling with OAT and Enablement and help maintain the handoff line between PP initiation and PMO delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years of project initiation, delivery coordination, or relevant experience.

• Developing scoping, business-case, and RAID-tracking skills.

• Exposure to a PMO delivery lifecycle.

• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work under guidance and grow toward independent initiation ownership.
