About the Role

Kairostek is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Architect to own frontend architecture and technical direction across multiple product squads. You'll bring consistency, performance, and scalability to a frontend landscape spanning React, Angular, and Vue - shaping how our teams build high-traffic, real-time consumer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Architecture: Define and evolve frontend architecture standards across multiple product squads and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)

• Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership to frontend engineers, guiding design decisions and code quality

• Cross-Squad Standards: Establish shared component libraries, coding conventions, and design system practices across squads

• Performance & Scalability: Own frontend performance budgets, rendering strategy, and scalability of high-traffic, real-time interfaces

• Technology Strategy: Evaluate and guide framework and tooling choices, migration paths, and modernization roadmaps across React, Angular, and Vue

• Mentorship: Mentor frontend engineers, run architecture reviews, and raise the technical bar across squads

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product, Backend, DevOps, and Scrum teams to align frontend architecture with product and platform goals

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of frontend engineering experience, with a track record of architectural ownership

• Proven hands-on expertise across React, Angular, and Vue (production experience in at least two, working knowledge of all three)

• Deep understanding of component-driven architecture, state management (Redux, NgRx, Vuex/Pinia), and micro-frontend patterns

• Strong grasp of performance optimization, rendering strategies, and core web fundamentals (accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, security)

• Experience with modern build tooling (Webpack, Vite), TypeScript, and CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across squads

Preferred Qualifications

• iGaming, fintech, or crypto/payments platform experience

• Experience architecting real-time, high-traffic consumer applications

• Familiarity with design systems, Storybook, and cross-framework component sharing

• Exposure to mobile frontend ecosystems (e.g. Flutter, React Native)

• Familiarity with GraphQL/REST API integration at scale
